Shipping Policy — Active Fitness Canada

Where We Ship & Free Shipping

  • We ship across Canada.

  • Free shipping applies to most Canadian addresses.

  • Free shipping does not apply to Yukon (YT), Northwest Territories (NT), Nunavut (NU) and certain rural/remote areas, including postal codes A0K, A0P, A0Q, A0R, and X0A–Y9Z. Orders to these locations may incur a remote-area surcharge or may be unavailable.

Order Processing & Tracking

  • Orders are processed promptly.

  • A tracking number will be emailed within 24 hours after your order ships.

  • You can track your shipment anytime on the carrier’s website once you receive your tracking number.

Estimated Delivery Times

  • Ontario: typically 1–3 business days after shipment.

  • Outside Ontario: typically 2–9 business days after shipment.

Transit times are estimates only and may vary due to weather, carrier volume, remote locations, or other factors.

Delivery Attempts & Pickup

  • If no one is available at delivery, the driver may leave the package at your door or attempt redelivery.

  • Carriers make up to two (2) redelivery attempts. If unsuccessful, your parcel will be held at a local station for a limited time (“a few days”).

  • If not collected within the hold period, the parcel may be returned to our warehouse. Additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.

Damaged or Missing Items

  • If the package appears damaged at delivery, write “Package Damaged” when signing.

  • Keep all packaging (inner and outer boxes, padding, labels) and email us immediately at info@activefitnesscanada.com with photos of the product and packaging.

  • Do not discard packaging; claims cannot be processed without it.

  • We are not directly liable for loss, theft, or damage in transit. We will file a claim with the carrier and arrange parts or a replacement as applicable once the claim is accepted.
